Located in the heart of Downtown Scottsdale’s Entertainment District, The Stetson consists of two separate multifamily projects that bookend a stretch of their namesake street. Withey Morris led community outreach and entitlement efforts to successfully process two separate rezoning applications, both with a variety of Amended Development Standards, to help make the projects a reality. Located just steps away from employment, dining and nightlife options, the dual projects added a much needed “live” component to the live/work/play lifestyle sought by the downtown area. The 5-story buildings with ground level retail opportunities replaced dated office buildings and barren sidewalks with new buildings and vastly improved streetscapes and landscaping to enhance the walkability of the area.
