Taylor Roderick is a transactional attorney in Withey Morris Baugh’s real estate practice, advising developers, investors, lenders and property owners on complex commercial real estate and business transactions.

He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including commercial transactions, commercial lease negotiations, litigation involving residential and commercial real estate, commercial and residential real estate transactions and financing documentation, limited liability company (LLC) and corporate formation, construction disputes, property tax liens, and property tax appeals.

Taylor represents clients throughout the full lifecycle of a transaction, from acquisition and development to financing, leasing, construction and disposition. His practice includes development agreements, joint easement instruments, complex financings, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, CC&Rs, construction-related matters and regulatory compliance, including environmental considerations. Known for his meticulous, solutions-oriented approach, Taylor focuses on keeping deals moving while mitigating risk and delivering clear, practical outcomes.

He brings a 360-degree perspective informed by experience representing developers, purchasers, sellers, investors and lenders, and is valued by clients for his ability to manage matters from inception through closing with consistent communication and strategic foresight.
