Tempe Town Lake will have its first hotel next month.
The AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown is set to open in May at 100 E. Rio Salado Parkway.
The plans for the hotel were first proposed to the Tempe Commission Review Board in July of 2014 by Marriott, Woodbine Development and Whithey Morris Law Firm. Read More.
