Withey Morris obtained land use entitlements to enable the development of a new, 5-story multifamily project with roughly 165 units and 8,000 sqft of ground floor retail / restaurant uses. The project, which replace a dated 2-story office building, has a podium level amenity deck including a pool, spa, shade cabanas and barbeque areas, as well as a private residents-only roof-top patio with views to Camelback Mountain.
