The Central Park

The Central Park is a 17.82 gross acre urban mixed use development at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Situated between Steele Indian School Park and the Metro Light Rail, The Central Park will serve as both a gateway to the 74-acre public park and a gathering place for Uptown Phoenix. The Central Park offers approximately 78,000 square feet of ground floor commercial and retail opportunities, anchored by a centralized plaza that will be the hub of activity for the development. Consisting of eight buildings in total with heights permitted up to 350 feet, The Central Park also provides 1,130 multi-family residences, 320 senior living residences, and 245,000 square feet of commercial office space. An integrated network of pedestrian pathways and internal streets adorned with shaded walkways, open space areas, and bicycle amenities ensures that The Central Park creates a seamless environment of connectivity between Steele Indian School Park and the surrounding community. Land use entitlements include a rezone to Walkable Urban Code Transect T6 – Height Waiver (WU Code T6:HWR) and stipulation modifications via the Planning Hearing Officer (PHO).
